In the current fast moving economic tides it is of the utmost importance that business processes are optimally supported. This requires stability at predictable levels combined with the agility to quickly respond to changing circumstances. The required level of technical resources (encompassing infrastructure, knowledge and availability of people) needed to support this is hard to provide for by Corporate Midmarket Enterprises. By combining the demand it is possible to provide a SAP on Demand service where the customer has a very high level availability, contingency and flexibility without investing in hardware, knowledge or personnel. myBrand provides this service based on the Fujitsu FlexFrame infrastructure. The presentation will focus not just on the service provisioning but also on the possibilities and limitations encountered in using the FlexFrame infrastructure. |
